DupeBlocker General Training Sessions - November 2014

****DupeBlocker 3 Production Release NOW AVAILABLE****
DupeBlocker 3 is new and improved and builds on the great features and technology foundation of DupeBlocker 2. As in previous versions, DupeBlocker 3 allows you to implement quickly, right out of the box, as well as customize to your specific business needs.
Highlights in this new release include:
- Support for ALL Objects: Detect and Merge Duplicates
- Can now detect/merge Opportunities or any other standard object
- Also works with custom object
- Dual Filters
- Separate object level filters can now be created! One for the record being inserted/updated and one to specify which records to match to
- Ability to show all potential dupes on the page layout
- Ability to "Bypass" Duplicate Detection and Insert Duplicate
- All new Merge/Convert Screens
- Ability to Export and Re-Import Settings and Scenarios
- DupeBlocker can now be "copied" from one instance to another

Existing DupeBlocker 2 installations can be easily upgraded to DupeBlocker 3 so you will not have to start over to begin implementing the new features. Be sure to rebuild the DupeBlocker keys AFTER the upgrade.
